Instructions for use of supplements:
Vegetables and fruits
Mix 1/2 tablespoon of Exo Terra Calcium with the same amount of Exo Terra Multivitamin for every 500 g of mixed vegetables and fruits. Always provide fresh, clean water.
1 level tablespoon = 10 g powder
Insects
Thoroughly mix Exo Terra Calcium with Exo Terra Multivitamins at a ratio of 1:1 in a resealable container into which you then put the insects. Close the container and shake gently until all insects are coated with the powder. Additional supplementation is unnecessary. Always provide fresh, clean water.
