Basic instrument for humidity monitoring in a terrarium
An Exo Terra analog hygrometer allows you to monitor the air humidity level in the terrarium. Air humidity is one of the most important parameters in a terrarium. Its proper level ensures proper development of the animals and affects the health of the pets. Too low a level of humidity can lead to electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, moulting problems, skin keratosis and respiratory infections. Humidity requirements vary widely depending on the species of pet and conditions in their natural environment.
