The Exo Terra tank is a great place to keep live insects such as crickets. Crickets by nature prefer shady places where they can hide, so they are happy to hide in the tubes included with the tank to provide adequate shelter. This makes the tubes easier to pull out insects and serves as a great dispensing tool! The tank lid is removable and has optimal ventilation. It also comes with a water and food container. The container should be cleaned regularly and only warm water should be used for this purpose. Soaps and detergents can be harmful to insects.
